Meet the Team Behind NextGen
The NextGen Playbook was created to answer one critical question: How do we build stronger teams in a workforce shaped by five generations?
Rooted in research and real-world experience, our work empowers leaders at every level to connect across age, background, and experience. From onboarding to executive coaching, we are closing the generation gap one conversation at a time.
The pandemic highlighted differences in how generations experience work. Gen Z is the only generation that has never known a pre-pandemic workplace and sees many changes as normal expectations. Other generations have decades of experience and view the pandemic as a disruptor for better or worse.
These differing perspectives have sparked important conversations about work life balance, technology use, and remote versus in-person work. Addressing generational differences has become critical not only for supporting younger workers but for fostering understanding and collaboration across all generations.
