These are three of the biggest challenges leaders face, and generational differences may be contributing to them more than organizations realize. I started The NextGen Playbook because I saw many HR and Learning and Development professionals trying to understand Gen Z from the outside. I wanted to offer something different: a practical playbook directly from the source, created by someone who understands the challenges Gen Z employees face and can help organizations better engage, develop, and communicate with the next generation of talent. Through keynotes, workshops, and one on one coaching, I help leaders better understand Gen Z and build workplaces where younger employees can grow, contribute, and perform at their best. The result is not only better employee experience, but also stronger retention, productivity, and long term business performance.

Will Giangrande is the founder of The NextGen Playbook, an initiative that helps bridge generational gaps in the workplace by equipping young professionals to grow with confidence and guiding leaders to better support all generations.
He also serves as a Kindling Ambassador, supporting young professionals through mentorship, and is a certified Take Flight Facilitator, helping teams leverage individual work styles for more effective collaboration. Across his work, Will is committed to helping organizations build stronger, more connected, and thriving teams.
