As a young professional who has had the opportunity to participate in several NextGen Playbook workshops, I recommend it to professionals of all generations. First, the material in the workshops is presented in an incredibly engaging way with a mix of presentations, expert Q&A, breakout room discussions, and group discussions. Additionally, I recommend this for professionals of all generations because it is a unique space where professionals across industries and generations come together to understand each generation’s tendencies, expectations, and pain points with intergenerational collaboration in the workplace.  Yet, this program is especially impactful for young professionals, as it gives us a space to learn from and network with those who have been in the workforce for decades.
